Jingguang brand FU-3020S electronic tube is a metal-ceramic structure, mesh thoriated tungsten cathode, high power transistor, cooling method is water-cooled. The maximum working frequency is 100MHz, the maximum anode power dissipation is 50kw, the maximum working voltage of anode is 14kV, the maximum output power is 130kW. it is used for industrial radio frequency heating, mainly used in cotton yarn radio frequency drying equipment. It can be used interchangeably with ITK30-2 type tubes produced in France.
