The JINGGUANG CTK12-4 is a high-power, high-μ triode specifically designed for industrial applications. This tube employs a coaxial design and utilizes metal-ceramic technology. It can be operated in either CW or pulse mode. In pulse mode, the parameters depend on the characteristics of each equipment, so please contact us for specific information.The CTK12-4 features water cooling. Using distilled or deionized water, instead of industrial water, reduces the required volume for cooling. The anode voltage is 12kV, providing a 30kW output power in CW mode with a maximum anode dissipation of 15kW. The frequency can reach up to 120MHz.Manufactured by JingGuangElectrical Manufactory, the CTK12-4 not only achieves the improved performance mentioned above but also ensures exact replacement compatibility with counterparts manufactured in other countries.
