Jingguang brand FU-6020S electronic tube is a metal-ceramic structure, mesh needle tungsten cathode, high-power triode, cooling mode for the core column air-cooled, anode water-cooled. The maximum working frequency is 60MHz, the maximum anode power dissipation is 70kw, the maximum anode working voltage is 14kV, and the maximum output power is 180kW, which is used for industrial RF heating equipment. It can be used interchangeably with the ITK60-2 type electronic tube produced in France.
