Jingguang brand FU-1521S tube is a coaxial structure, direct heating tungsten carbide cathode, forced air-cooled core column and water-cooled anode metal ceramic triode. The maximum working frequency is 120MHz, the maximum anode power dissipation is 20kw, the maximum working voltage of anode is 13kV, the maximum output power is 63kw, which is mainly used for RF oscillation and amplification. It can be used interchangeably with ITK15-2 type electron tube produced abroad.
