The JINGGUANG CTK25-4 is a high-power, high-p triode specifically designed for industrial applications. This tube utilizes a coaxial design and incorporates metal-ceramic technology. It can be operated in either CW or pulse mode. For operation in pulse mode, the parameters depend on the characteristics of each equipment, so please contact us for specific information.The CTK25-4 features water cooling. Using distilled or deionized water instead of industrial water reduces the volume of water required for cooling. With an anode voltage of 13kV, it delivers a powerful 90kW in CW mode, with a maximum anode dissipation of 40kW. The frequency capability extends up to 120MHz.Manufactured by JingGuangElectrical Manufactory, the CTK25-4 not only achieves the improved performance described above but also ensures exact replacement compatibility with counterparts manufactured in other countries.
